Children’s Mental Health Week 2023 (CMHW) will take place from 6-12 February 2023. This year’s theme is Let’s Connect.

There are lots of ways you can get involved, here are some of our favourites!

Fun activity suggestions from CMHW…

Class connections

One to try at school – look at the different ways you are connected to your classmates.

Hula hoop connections

Test your team work skills by trying this fun activity with your friends or family and some hula hoops.

Music that connects us

Think about the songs you connect with, and create your own songs, poems or prayers about connecting.

Listen to Young Ambassador Grace tell us how music and writing has helped her mental health.

If you write a poem or song, we’d love to hear it! Get in touch at students@victa.org.uk.

Play Taskmaster across the country with thousands of children at the same time!

During Children’s Mental Health Week, Little Alex Horne will set tasks each day for you to join in with at school or at home. There will also be a treasure hunt, with daily clues to solve: if these are solved correctly over the course of the week, schools, families or groups will make it onto the Wall of Fame… and have a chance of winning the Taskmaster Treasure Hunt Grand Prize!

We’ll be sharing the tasks each day on our social media so make sure you tag us @VICTAUK as well as @Place2Be and @TaskmasterEdu to enter their competition. #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek #CMHWTasking
